That cool summer morn
The skylights did dim
She took her first steps in the dungeon
Where love never lived.
The self-quarrel fed on her
Sweat mingled with its alter ego in eyes
Erratically she looked around
In hope to find a single hand wave her goodbye.
A classic case of sunshine to gray
How she wrecked her life, cyclonified it within
While the world admired her smile
Her veiled self, bailed out and sinned.
